When the High Republic publishing initiative was announced, we couldn’t help but be reminded of the classic Dark Horse Star Wars comic series TALES OF THE JEDI!  Also taking place many years before the films and telling the stories of ancient Jedi, the comics went to some wild places that we’re still trying to figure out! How were they created?  What input did Lucas have and how did they inspire the prequels?  What happened as Gabe read many of them for the first time?  Do they make any sense?
